The Operations Department performs 75 different tasks from a comprehensive checklist to ensure each party store is opened complete and on schedule. We work with our clients to order all the fixtures, merchandise, equipment and signage. Our professionals in operations and wholesale merchandise will assist the client in completing the orders for and scheduling the delivery of their opening inventory as part of their store package.

Our store fixture package creates an upscale, “chain store” retail environment. Which can include seven foot tall steel framed gondolas, black slatwall, balloon wall for your SuperShape balloons, custom designed checkout units with impulse product display areas, shopping carts & baskets, greeting card racks (optional), and much more, including an allowance for your outdoor sign! We use black fixtures to really make your product POP!! . Our extensive interior sign package includes wall perimeter signage and overhead banners for every day to make your party store exciting and appealing!

Look like a big franchise with our professional store build-out

We send a professional Build-Out Supervisor to the store site where they works with the labor we provide to make sure everything is set up for the store owner. Our build-out staff takes care of receiving and installing all fixtures, placing equipment, mounting all signage, receiving and stocking wholesale merchandise and setting up all equipment. Normally the Build-Out Supervisor remains at the store site until it is open for business. To provide the best professional build-out, each Supervisor is a full-time employee of the company. When the Build-Out Supervisor's job has been completed, we hand the keys to the store owners and they are in business!
